Events:

Boy´s (BS) and girl´s (GS) single, boy´s (BD) and girl´s (GD) double all age groups and mixed doubles (XD) only played in U13 and U15 in each age category.

 ● U15: players born in 2010 or later

 ● U13: players born in 2012 or later

● U11: players born in 2014 or later

● U9: players born in 2016 or later.

A player can participate in a maximum of three events: one singles, one doubles and one mixed doubles. A player is allowed to participate in RSL Lithuanian U17 International/RSL Lithuanian Junior tournament in some event(s) and in U11-U15 tournament in other event(s). A player may not participate in the same type of event in both tournaments.

Key dates and draw:

• Entries Close – 15th of October, 2024;

• Deadline for hotel bookings – Wednesday 16th of October, 2024;

• Deadline for transportation bookings – Wednesday 16th of October, 2024;

• Date of the draw – October 31st, 2024. Thursday, October 31st, 19:00 (in the hotel) - Team Managers Meeting

In the singles events, preliminary pools of 3 or 4 players will be played. Main draw will be played in a knock-out system. The doubles events will be played in a knock-out system. The seeding and draw will be done by the organizers.

Play schedule:

All competitors must be prepared to play at the times determined for the events for which they have entered. Friday, 1 st of November from 9:00-21:00 Saturday, 2 nd of November from 9:00-21:00 Sunday, 3 rd of November from 9:00-17:00. Only winner and runner up must be present at the prize giving ceremony. Players are reminded when booking flights home on Sunday that the finals may not finish until 5:00 pm, depending on the start time and also that they may be selected for doping testing they should therefore book their flights accordingly.

Entry fees:

● EUR 25,00 per player in singles events

● EUR 20,00 per player in doubles events.

The Member Association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline passes. For all the players withdrawing in the meantime the organizers invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member Association. No late entries will be accepted for U15 category.

Payments:

Entry fees in cash:

Entry fees can also be paid in cash at the tournament venue before the first scheduled match. The Member that enters a player/pair into a circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline passes. The entry fees will not be refunded in the case of a withdrawal. For all the withdrawn players the organizers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant Member.

Prize money:

There is no prize money for this tournament.

 Prizes:

Medals and prizes for the winners, medals for finalist and semifinalists in each event during price giving ceremony after the Finals. Shuttlecock: RSL Classic Tourney Included in the entry fee.
